AgriEvents collects attendee details provided during registration (such as name, email address, mobile number, and city preference) solely to facilitate event discovery, ticket distribution, and official updates.

2. Use of Information

Your data is utilized to deliver admission passes, provide schedule notifications, verify venue entry, and enhance your event discovery experience. We do not sell or trade personal attendee details to third-party advertisers.

3. Media and Security

All event banners, posters, and speaker media assets are hosted securely through encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3 / Contabo). Administrative credentials and sensitive secrets are kept strictly server-side and never exposed to browser clients.
