Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear and fair terms governing event postponements, cancellations, and ticket refunds.

1. Organizer Cancellation

In the unlikely event that an agricultural summit, expo, or workshop is cancelled in full by the organizing authority without a rescheduled date, attendees with valid purchased tickets will be eligible for a 100% refund of the face value of the ticket.

2. Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled to an alternate date or relocated to a different venue within the same metropolitan area, existing passes will automatically remain valid for the new showtime. If an attendee cannot attend the rescheduled session, refund requests submitted within 7 business days of notice will be processed.

3. Attendee-Initiated Cancellations

Individual ticket cancellation terms vary based on the specific event category and organizer guidelines. Certain early-bird or discounted promotional passes are strictly non-refundable. Please review the specific cancellation policy listed on the individual event details page prior to finalizing reservations.

4. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 working days, subject to standard banking clearance windows.
